2006 Kansas Code - 74-2119

      74-2119.   Custody of equipment, records and supplies of former state highway patrol. The present state highway patrol is hereby abolished and all equipment, records and supplies now in the possession of the state highway department for the purpose of execution of the law with reference to inspectors now required by law by the state corporation commission as to motor vehicles and by the vehicle commissioner shall become the property of the state highway patrol as herein created and be placed in the custody, control and management of the state highway patrol to be used as a part of the regular equipment, records and supplies of that department.
