2006 Kansas Code - 74-2116

      74-2116.   Monthly payment of salaries and expenses. All salaries and expenses of members of the Kansas highway patrol and all expenditure for vehicles, equipment, uniforms, arms, ammunition supplies and clerical personnel and all other expenses for the operation and maintenance of the patrol shall be paid monthly and shall be paid from moneys appropriated for the Kansas highway patrol and available therefor upon vouchers approved by the superintendent of the Kansas highway patrol or a person designated by the superintendent.
