2006 Kansas Code - 74-2106

      74-2106.   Duty assignments of highway patrol and capitol area security patrol; limitations. The superintendent of the Kansas highway patrol shall issue orders to the members of the highway patrol and the capitol area security patrol specifying duty assignments and limitations upon the duties of the members of the highway patrol and capitol area security patrol consistent with the intent of this act and the act of which this section is amendatory.
