2006 Kansas Code - 73-1227

      73-1227.   Same; fiscal impact study identifying budgetary impact thereof. Subject to funds available, the commission shall conduct a fiscal impact study, aimed at identifying the annual budgetary impact of Gulf War syndrome on Kansas in terms of increased costs of education, medical coverage, correction of birth defects and other expenses identified through the results of the surveys conducted under K.S.A. 73-1224, and amendments thereto.
