2006 Kansas Code - 72-9926

      72-9926.   Same; appropriation, limitation. Any appropriations for the implementation of the provisions of K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 72-9920 through 72-9926, and amendments thereto, shall not exceed $20,000,000, in the aggregate, from one or more funds in the state treasury.
