      72-6424.   Food service fund. (a) There is hereby established in every district a fund which shall be called the food service fund, which fund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneys received by the district for food service and from charges for food service shall be credited to the food service fund. The expenses of a district attributable to food service shall be paid from the food service fund.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1992.
