      72-4448.   State instructional equipment pool fund; sources; use; expenditures. There is hereby established within the state treasury, the state instructional equipment pool fund. All moneys received by the state board from or in connection with the operation of the state instructional equipment pool shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the state instructional equipment pool fund. Amounts in the state instructional equipment pool fund shall be used only for the payment of costs and expenses connected with the maintenance and operation of the state instructional equipment pool. All expenditures from the state instructional equipment pool fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the state board or by a person or persons designated by it.
