      72-4446.   Availability of equipment for use; procedure for obtaining; transportation; return to pool. The instructional equipment of the state instructional equipment pool shall be available for use by schools for vocational education purposes. Any school requiring the use of instructional equipment shall request the same from the state board. If the state board determines that the school has need for the instructional equipment requested, and if the instructional equipment is available for use, the state board shall provide for the instructional equipment to be transported to the school. Whenever the state board determines that the school no longer has need for the instructional equipment, the state board may order the return thereof to the state instructional equipment pool and the school shall comply with the order.
