2006 Kansas Code - 72-4433

      72-4433.   Postsecondary tuition, fees and charges. Different rates per hour of tuition, fees and charges shall be fixed by each local board for the different postsecondary programs administered by such board. The rate per hour of tuition for postsecondary students fixed by each local board shall be subject to approval of the state board of regents by the commencement of each school year.
