2006 Kansas Code - 72-4431

      72-4431.   Postsecondary aid; computation. Every school shall be entitled to receive postsecondary aid each school year in an amount equal to (a) for the school year ending June 30, 1982, 87 1/2% of the product of local cost per enrollment hour and total postsecondary enrollment, and (b) for each school year thereafter, 85% of the product of local cost per enrollment hour and total postsecondary enrollment.
