2006 Kansas Code - 72-4427

      72-4427.   Job training partnership act, participation. The secretary of commerce and the state board of regents are hereby authorized to participate in the federal job training partnership act (public law 97-300), and amendments thereto, by providing from funds made available under the federal act and appropriated by the legislature for vocational training in accordance with and to the extent required by the federal act.
