2006 Kansas Code - 71-403

      71-403.   Same; rules and regulations; conclusive determination. (a) The state board of regents may adopt rules and regulations prescribing criteria or guidelines for determination of residence of students for the purpose of determining liability of counties for out-district tuition of students in community colleges. The state board may make conclusive determination of any residence matter for the purpose of determination of out-district tuition.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall expire on June 30, 2006.
