2006 Kansas Code - 71-305

      71-305.   Same; exception not applicable under certain conditions. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 71-304, and amendments thereto, do not apply to any out-district student when the course of study or program which the student selects, or a course of study or program which is substantially equivalent thereto, is not offered in the community college of the district in which such student resides.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall expire on June 30, 2006.
