2006 Kansas Code - 68-2235

      68-2235.   Agreements with secretary of U.S. department of transportation. The secretary of transportation is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the secretary of the department of transportation of the United States government for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this act, but such agreement shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this act, the provisions of the federal highway beautification act of 1965, and any amendments thereto, or with customary uses and zoning principles and standards which hold and govern in this state.
