68-2048b. Same; issuance of bonds by counties. If a contract is made under K.S.A. 68-2048a, and amendments thereto, and such contract is approved by the Kansas turnpike authority, each such county may issue general obligation bonds of such county in the manner provided by the general bond law in an amount sufficient to pay the obligations of such county under such contract. Bonds issued under authority of this section shall not be subject to any limitations on bonded indebtedness of either such county.
