2006 Kansas Code - 68-2034

      68-2034.   Kansas turnpike authority; incidental powers; acquisition of property; eminent domain; plans and specifications, when. The provisions of K.S.A. 68-2005 and 68-2006 shall be applicable to any turnpike project financed under the provisions of this act.
