2006 Kansas Code - 66-1232

      66-1232.   Limitation of act; expiration date of act. (a) K.S.A. 66-1231, and amendments thereto, shall affect only such costs and fees which are incurred between April 1, 2002, and June 30, 2003.

      (b)   The provisions of this section and K.S.A. 66-1230 and 66-1231, and amendments thereto, shall expire on June 30, 2003.
