      66-1,159a.   Same; applications, pending prior to amendment of act. Any electric generation facility, or addition thereto, for which a permit application was pending under the electric generation facility siting act as it existed immediately before the effective date of this act shall be required to have such permit only if the facility is required to have a permit pursuant to this act.
