2006 Kansas Code - 65-6126

      65-6126.   Medical adviser. Each emergency medical service shall have a medical adviser appointed by the operator of the service to review, approve and monitor the activities of the attendants. The board may approve an alternative procedure for medical oversight if no medical adviser is available.
