2006 Kansas Code - 65-5805

      65-5805.   Application for examination; reapplication. An application for examination as a professional counselor or as a clinical professional counselor shall be made to the board on a form provided by the board. The application shall be accompanied by the examination fee fixed under K.S.A. 65-5808. If an applicant fails to pass the examination, the applicant may reapply and shall be allowed to take a subsequent examination. An applicant who has failed two successive examinations may not reapply for two years from the date of the last examination.
