2006 Kansas Code - 65-5702

      65-5702.   Definitions. As used in this act:

      (a)   "Commission" means the state emergency response commission created by K.S.A. 65-5703.

      (b)   "Federal act" means the federal emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986 (Title III, P.L. 99-499).
