2006 Kansas Code - 65-4606

      65-4606.   Suspension or revocation of license; notice and hearing; judicial review. The secretary, after notice and opportunity for hearing to the applicant or licensee, is authorized to deny, suspend or revoke a license in any case in which the secretary finds that there has been a substantial failure to comply with the requirements established under this act. Such notice shall fix a date not less than 30 days from the date of such notice, at which the applicant or licensee shall be given an opportunity for a prompt and fair hearing.

      Hearings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. Any action of the secretary pursuant to this section is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
