2006 Kansas Code - 65-4601
65-4601. Establishment of facilities for treatment of drug abuse; unlawful acts; penalty. No person, corporation, or governmental unit shall establish, conduct, manage, or operate a public or private treatment facility for drug abusers in this state without first obtaining a license therefor. Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
