2006 Kansas Code - 65-4412

      65-4412.   Definitions. (a) "Community mental retardation facilities" means: (1) Any community facility for the mentally retarded organized pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-4001 to 19-4015, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3307b, and amendments thereto; or (2) any mental retardation governing board which contracts with a nonprofit corporation to provide services for the mentally retarded.

      (b)   "Secretary" means secretary of social and rehabilitation services.
