2006 Kansas Code - 65-4211

      65-4211.   Judicial review. (a) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board, and affected thereby, shall be entitled to judicial review in accordance with the provisions of the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.

      (b)   Any party may have review of the final judgment or decision of the district court by appeal to the supreme court pursuant to the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
