2006 Kansas Code - 65-4166
65-4166. Uniformity of act. The provisions of this act, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be applicable and uniform throughout this state and in all cities and counties therein. No city or county shall enact or enforce any law, ordinance, rule, regulation or resolution in conflict with, in addition to, or supplemental to, the provisions of this act unless expressly authorized by law to do so.
