2006 Kansas Code - 65-3412

      65-3412.   Hearings in accordance with Kansas administrative procedure act; judicial review. Any person aggrieved by an order or disapproval of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 65-3411 and amendments thereto may, within 15 days of service of the order, request in writing a hearing on the order. Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. Any action of the secretary pursuant to this section is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
