2006 Kansas Code - 65-2860

      65-2860.   False impersonation; fraud; penalty. Any person who shall present to the board a diploma or certificate of which he or she is not the rightful owner for the purpose of procuring a license, or who shall falsely impersonate anyone to whom a license has been issued by said board, shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
