2006 Kansas Code - 65-686
65-686. Same; minor violations of act; notice. Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring the secretary of health and environment to report for the institution of proceedings under this act, minor violations of this act, whenever the secretary believes that the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
