2006 Kansas Code - 65-446

      65-446.   Medical procedures for sterilization of persons; performance or participation in procedures not required. No person shall be required to perform or participate in medical procedures which result in sterilization of a person, and the refusal of any person to perform or participate in those medical procedures shall not be a basis for civil liability to any person. No hospital, hospital administrator or governing board of any hospital shall terminate the employment of, prevent or impair the practice or occupation of or impose any other sanction on any person because of his refusal to perform or participate in such medical procedures.
