2006 Kansas Code - 65-1,131

      65-1,131.   Definitions. When used in this act:

      (a)   "Hemophilia" means a bleeding tendency resulting from a genetically determined deficiency factor in the blood;

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of health and environment.
