2006 Kansas Code - 60-301

      60-301.   Summons; issuance. Upon the filing of the petition the clerk shall forthwith issue a summons for service upon each defendant in accordance with K.S.A. 60-303, and amendments thereto. Upon the written request of the plaintiff separate or additional summonses shall issue for any defendant.
