2006 Kansas Code - 60-252b

      60-252b.   Rules of supreme court. The supreme court is hereby authorized and directed to adopt such rules as are necessary, and to require such reports from the district courts or clerks thereof, to insure compliance by such courts with the provisions of K.S.A. 60-252a.
