2006 Kansas Code - 59-2407

      59-2407.   Effect of appeal. An appeal from an order admitting a will to probate shall not suspend the operation of the order until the appeal is determined, but no distribution to heirs, devisees, or legatees shall be made pending the appeal. In all other cases the appeal shall suspend the operation of the order, judgment, decree, or decision appealed from until the appeal is determined or the judge hearing such appeal shall otherwise order.
