2006 Kansas Code - 56-1a155

      56-1a155.   Failure or refusal to execute certificate; court to order execution. If a person required by this act to execute any certificate fails or refuses to do it, any other person who is adversely affected by the failure or refusal may petition the district court to direct the execution of the certificate. If the court finds that it is proper for the certificate to be executed and that the person required to execute the certificate has failed or refused to do it, the court shall order the secretary of state to record an appropriate certificate.
