2006 Kansas Code - 56-1a103

      56-1a103.   Reservation of name. The exclusive right to the use of a name may be reserved in the same manner as corporation names are reserved as set forth in K.S.A. 17-7402. A fee as set forth in K.S.A. 56-1a605 shall be paid at the time of the reservation of any name.
