2006 Kansas Code - 55-104

      55-104.   Same; street lights to be turned off during day. All gaslights made through said "jumbo" burners enclosed in glass globes or lamps used in all public streets, and elsewhere outside of buildings, shall be turned off not later than eight o'clock in the morning each day such lights or burners are used, and the same shall not be lighted between the hours of eight o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m.
