2006 Kansas Code - 50-158

      50-158.   Kansas restraint of trade act. The provisions of article 1 of chapter 50 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and the provisions of K.S.A. 50-158 through 50-160, and amendments thereto, may be cited as the Kansas restraint of trade act.
