2006 Kansas Code - 47-1306

      47-1306.   Moving garbage or refuse on public street; restrictions. It shall be unlawful to move any garbage or the refuse of any locker plant or slaughterhouse upon any public street, alley, or highway, without compliance with the following: (1) Such garbage and such refuse shall be contained in a liquid-tight barrel or container, and so covered as to prevent spilling, or access to flies or insects; (2) shall be moved from point of origin to a registered garbage feeding establishment: Provided, Nothing in article 12 of chapter 47 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, shall prohibit such movement.
