2006 Kansas Code - 47-667

      47-667.   Definitions. As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Commissioner" means the livestock commissioner appointed by the Kansas animal health board pursuant to K.S.A. 75-1901.

      (b)   "SPF" swine means specific pathogen free swine, which conform to the regulations and health standards prescribed by the commissioner.

      (c)   "Person" means any individual, partnership, firm, association or corporation.
