      47-653e.   Same; disposal of animals; unlawful acts. The owner or custodian of such swine, immediately after the determination of its appraised value, shall cause such swine to be disposed of in the manner directed by the livestock commissioner or the authorized representative of the livestock commissioner. Any owner or custodian of swine who fails to dispose of swine as directed by the livestock commissioner, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in the manner provided in K.S.A. 47-607c and amendments thereto.
