2006 Kansas Code - 47-651

      47-651.   Deputy state livestock commissioner. Upon the completion of the establishment of such organization, the state livestock commissioner shall, upon the recommendation of the executive board, appoint a competent person as deputy state livestock commissioner for the county. Such county deputy livestock commissioner shall perform all services and discharge all duties in the county hog cholera control work in exact conformity with the rules and regulations promulgated by the livestock commissioner.
