2006 Kansas Code - 47-642

      47-642.   Penalty for transporting diseased sheep. It shall not be lawful for the owner of sheep, or any person having the same in charge, to import or drive into this state sheep having any contagious disease; and any person so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty and not exceeding two hundred dollars.
