2006 Kansas Code - 47-627
47-627. Treatment for itch or mange; order of commissioner. If the livestock commissioner finds the disease known as the itch or mange existing among domestic animals, the livestock commissioner shall order all animals so affected to be properly treated as the commissioner deems necessary.
