2006 Kansas Code - 44-704c
44-704c. Additional benefits payable. Two weeks of additional benefits shall be payable to claimants who exhaust regular benefits and any benefits under any other federal or state extended benefits program during the period July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. The benefit eligibility and disqualification provisions of K.S.A. 44-705 and 44-706, and amendments thereto, shall apply to the additional benefits program.
