2006 Kansas Code - 41-2607

      41-2607.   Club licenses; term; refunds. The license provided herein shall be issued for a term of one year, renewable on expiration. The secretary of revenue shall adopt, in accordance with K.S.A. 41-210 and amendments thereto, rules and regulations providing for the authorization of refunds of the license fees paid for any period in which the licensee shall not use such license as the result of the license being canceled at the request of the licensee and for voluntary reasons.
