2006 Kansas Code - 41-314

      41-314.   Retail licensee; forfeiture or revocation of license for violation of act. (a) When a retail licensee has been convicted by any court of a violation of any of the provisions of this act, such licensee may, in addition to the penalty for such offense, incur a forfeiture of license and all moneys that have been paid therefor.

      (b)   In accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, the director may revoke the license of any retailer or deny issuance of a retail license in an original proceeding brought before the director upon conviction of a violation of this act.
