2006 Kansas Code - 41-312
41-312. Licenses; issuance of more than one to same person, when prohibited. No person holding a manufacturer's or distributor's license shall be permitted to receive any retailer's, microbrewery or farm winery license. No person holding a retailer's, microbrewery or farm winery license shall be permitted to receive any manufacturer's or distributor's license or another retailer's, microbrewery or farm winery license.
