2006 Kansas Code - 40-1006

      40-1006.   Officers. The directors shall elect from their number a president, vice-president, and treasurer, and they shall also select a secretary, who may or may not be a member of the company, all of whom shall hold their office for one year, or until their successors are elected and qualified.
