2006 Kansas Code - 40-4,101

      40-4,101.   Standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities; citation of act. (a) K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 40-4,101 through 40-4,113, and amendments thereto, shall be known as the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities.

      (b)   For the purposes of this act, the term "commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of insurance.
